101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure is the GBA port of the 2003 video game of the same name, in which it was based on the 2003 Disney animated sequel of the same name. It was developed by Vicarious Visions, with additional work provided by Digital Eclipse, who worked on the PS1 version, published by Disney Interactive, and was released in the U.S. on October 14th, 2003, the same day as the PS1 version. Unlike the PS1 version, it was also released in Europe as well, albeit being published instead by THQ, with Disney Interactive distributing it.

Same as in the PS1 version, albeit more akin to the direct-to-video film, with the last two levels of the game taking place during the climatic bus chase sequence.
