Beast Machines: Transformers, Based on a Beast Machines Animated Series in the G1 Transformers Continuity, is a 2000 2.5D Multi directional Beat Em Up/Bullet Hell Video Game Developed by CAVE and DIMPS and Published by Takara Tomy in Japan and in USA by BAM Entertainment and Produced by Hasbro and Mainframe Entertainment, with Traditional Animation provided by Hong Ying Animation. It was originally released for the Sega Naomi Arcade System in Late 2000 to Japanese Arcades, before eventually being Localized and released by Sega of America under Sega Amusements in 2003 in North Ameica under the Title Beast Machines: Battle For The Spark by Sega, and then was later ported to the Playstation, Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, Gameboy Color, and Sega Dreamcast in Mid 2001 by BAM Entertainment, and then to Gamecube, Gameboy Advance and XBOX in 2002 under Beast Machines: Transformers: Advanced Edition. The Original Playstation, Gameboy Color and Nintendo 64 were all developed by Altron Corporation.
