Disney Magical Fighting All-Stars is a fighting video game developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision in association with Disney Interactive for the PlayStation, Dreamcast, and Game Boy Color. It was released on January 18th, 2000, about a full year after the Japanese release of the original Super Smash Bros. Disney Magical Fighting All-Stars is the first game in the Disney Magical Fighting All-Stars series.

The game is a crossover between many different Disney franchises, including Charmy the Speedy Fawn, Mickey Mouse, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Hercules, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, Tarzan, Robin Hood, and Mulan. It presents a cast of characters and locations from these franchises and allows players to use each character's unique skill sets and even take advantage of the stage's offensive events to inflict damage, recover health, and ultimately attempt to knock opponent characters off the stage.

The gameplay of the game itself serves as a competitor to the Nintendo 64 fighting game Super Smash Bros.
