Bosses[]
- Franz Gutentag (AKA Lt. Franz Schlechtnacht) - Former Nazi Officer who mainly fight with guns. If defeated by Chris, he and Herbert will put him into the oven. He'll become playable when defeated.
- Charles Yamamoto - Has all the move he borrowed from Rufus. If Stewie defeats him, he shows him the cover of Queen's News of the World album. When he gets frightened by seeing the giant robot, he suffers a fatal heart attack and dies. He'll become playable when defeated.
- Deirdre Jackson - A boxer who is a rival of Lois Griffin. If defeated by Joe, the police will come and arrest her. If Lois defeats her, She'll land a finishing blow, knocking her out instantly. She'll become playable when defeated.
- James Wood - The Final Boss.
- Mike Tyson - A brutal fighter and secret challenger, he is based on Little Mac in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS. He is playable with a cheat code: KIDDYNAMITE.

- Evil Donald - basically Donald McDonald except with inverted colors, "G-Major" sounds, and deadlier power and speed
- Neville - British Peter clone.
- Miley Cyrus - Rebuilt by Walt Disney Imagineering but has gone berserk and wanted revenge on everyone in Quahog. She is the game's new final boss.
