Pokémon Battle Universe (Japanese: ポケモンバトルユニバース Pokémon Battle Universe) is the first Pokémon game for the Nintendo Matrix. It supports connectivity with the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Cross Portable, allowing Trainers to battle using their Pokémon from the Generation VIII main series games while using their Nintendo DS as a controller. It was released in the Nintendo Matrix launch, and in the United States on November 18, 2022.
