Power Rangers: The Scepter of Time (サムエル：闇と時間セプター, Samueru: Yami to Jikan Seputā) is the 3D action-adventure game. This story was after Power Rangers: Black Arms (alongside the PR: Sonic) to Mystic Force. This game was the similar elements that shown Black Arms were still active on Worlds after Shadow's first death.

Samuel's Story[]
Soon after Octomas was defeated and Shadow rejoin the formerly Death Lord renamed as the Skull Crews, Samuel was grew quite, disband the team and go to his mission alone much as Eureka dismay. Ignoring his orders, Eureka pick Samuel up to the festival that Princess Elise was coming. However, Shadow cames and taking Princess Elise before Samuel moved to his new quest. With the fail to save her, however, Elise toss the Blue Crystal Star, catch by Samuel and nodded to his rescue mission.
During the chase over Sky Ocean, Samuel failed again to save Elise, but Eureka notice the Giant Titan Skyleo can across Shadow's Base Carrier. With finally across the Base Carrier, Shadow newly rebuilt Metal Dog since PR: BA known as Turbo Metal Dog. Samuel defeating Turbo Metal Dog, burst into pieces, but Shadow impressed that need to get the Scepter of Time musch as Samuel's nodded.
