Sonic Adventure 3 is an upcoming adventure-platformer video game, based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. It is the third installment in the Adventure sub-series, after Sonic Adventure in 1998/1999 and Sonic Adventure 2 in 2001/2001. The story takes place a few years after the events of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), and is set to be released sometime in 2017.
