  • Battle Outfit: Ryu wears a similar wandering-like uniform, but instead Ryu is wearing a hood and a long, stylish robe similar to the one that his master Gouken used to wear.
  • School Uniform: Ryu uses a school uniform with a slight delinquent fashion, complete with a blade of grass on his mouth. Using a secret code removes the coat.
  • Halloween: Ryu turns into an undead samurai warrior with his skin turning grayish and his eyes showing a dark sclera and red pupils.
  • B-BOY: Ryu wears a street hip-hop style clothing, including a bucket hat, strimed glasses and bling. Using a secret code removes the jacket.
  • CPT 2017: Ryu uses a hakama and a lion mask on his back like those from festivals. Using a secret code removes the lion
  • Nostalgia: Ryu's appearence resembles his young look from the original Street Fighter and the Street Fighter Alpha series.
  • Ghosts 'n Goblins - Arthur: Ryu wears the armor of Arthur from the Ghost 'n Goblins series, including a stylish beard. Using a secret code makes Ryu wear Arthur's iconic underwears.
  • Mega Man - Mega Man: Ryu uses the costume of Mega Man, specifically based on classic despictions of him during the NES era including his hand cannon. The Hadouken sound effect is replaced by the sound effect of the Mega Buster from the same game series. Using a secret code removes the hand cannon and helmet.

  • Breath of Fire- Ryu: Ryu changes his clothes to the ones of his homonym from the Breath of Fire series, is specifically based on the version from the first Breath of Fire.
  • Street Fighter EX - Kairi: Ryu gets a costume resembling Kairi from the Street Fighter EX series, changing his hair to a long white mane, having scars around his body and glowing effects behind the bandages of his hands. Using a secret code makes him wear a blue sleeveless suit and brown hair resembling Kairi's look in EX2.
  • Rival Schools - Batsu Ichimonji: Ryu uses the uniform of Batsu Ichimonji from Rival Schools. Using a secret code removes the jacket making him resemble the Burning Batsu version of the character.

Ken[]

  • Default: Ken's default appearence which is quite different to his usual design, using a black shirt and only the pants of the gi. He also uses a slightly different harstyle tying a part of his long hair.
  • Story: Ken puts his gi back (but mantains his shirt underneat it) and unties his hair. The gi is still a bit different to what he is used to wear looking cleaner and with a flame pattern.
  • Battle Outfit: Ken uses a fit for the streets with a leather jacket, jeans, boots and a slick hairstyle.
  • Holiday: Ken wears a costume that mixes a traditional santa costume and a cowboy suit with a grand hat with antlers and a cape. Using a secret code removes the cape and the hat.
  • Nostalgia: Ken's appearence resembles his young look from the Street Fighter Alpha series.
  • CPT 2017: Ken gets a nice red gala suit and a different hairstyle. Using a secret code changes hir hairstyle to his clasic one and removes the scarf.

  • Devil May Cry - Dante: Ken gets the costume of Dante from Devil May Cry, specifically the fifth entry, even with the Rebellion on his back. Using a secret code makes him change the Rebellion for Balrog, Balrog emits an ignition effect when Ken activates his first V-Trigger.
  • Fantasy: Ken becomes a monk from a RPG with draconic features like horns and tail. Using a secret code removes these features only mantaining the costume.
  • Street Fighter EX Fighting Layer - Allen: Ken changes his clothes for those of Allen from Street Fighter EX, thought his look is more similar to his redesign in Fighting EX Layer. using a secret code changes the costume to the basic gi from the original Street Fighter EX.
  • Rival Schools - Hayato Nekketsu: Ken gets the uniform of Hayato Nekketsu from the Rival Schools series. Using a secret code recovers his regular hairstyle.

  • CPT 2016: Chun-Li wears an elegant wine-colored chinese dress alongside leggings and a ponytail.

  • B-GIRL: Chun-Li gets a street fashioned outfit using a yellow jacket, a crop top, tenis and loose jeans as well to tying her hair in a long ponytail.

Blanka[]

  • Default: Blanka sports a slightly more animalistic look than in previous games even if he is himself more intelligent, his hair being notoriously longer both the one of his head and the one of his forearms, legs and chest.
  • Story: Blanka wears a costume based on the mascot of his product Blanka-chan.
  • Battle Outfit: Blanka uses a Guaraní inspired warrior armor.
  • Holiday: Blanka uses a reindeer themed pajama. Using a secret code removes the hood.
  • Nostalgia: Blanka's appearence resembles his young look from Street Fighter II, even changing his skin tone to one that better matches his sprites' colors.
  • Professional: Blanka wears a tourist guide uniform. Using a secret code puts piranhas around his body looking like if he had an accident in his job.
  • Monster Hunter - Nergigante: Blanka turns into a Nergigante, one of the monsters from the Monster Hunter series. Using a secret code removes the Nergigante's head changing it to Blanka's.

Dhalsim[]

  • Default: Dhalsim's default design is a bit different than his previous looks, now with a notorious beard and a turbant.
  • Story: A very similar design to his default look, but using a robe instead of going shirtless as well to having in general more colorful attires.
  • Battle Outfit: Dhalsim uses big puffy pants and a poncho.
  • Halloween: Dhalsim transforms into a mix of a mummy and the invisible man. Using a secret code removes the poncho.
  • Nostalgia: Dhalsim's appearence resembles his young look from Street Fighter II, even changing his skin tone to one that better matches his sprites' colors.
  • Fantasy: Dhalsim changes his look to one inspired by different gods from hinduism, mostly despictions of Shiva and Vishnu changing his skin tone to blue and giving him more godly clothes.
  • Secret Fights: Dhalsim turns into an Ultra-like alien even changing the shape of his head and having unusual hands and fingers. Using a secret code adds an UFO-like armor around his waist.
  • Track Suit: Dhalsim wears an orange track suit, he doesn't close it.

Zangief[]

  • Default: Zangief, like Ryu and Chun-Li, has pretty much the same design as always but with slight additional details like a more gruffed look.
  • Story: Zangief wears a different uniform complete with a mask turning him into "The Gief".
  • Battle Outfit: Zangief uses a costume inspired by Macho Man Randy Savage with bright colors and a tied beard.
  • Professional: Zangief changes his outfit to one based on a lumberjack.
  • Holiday: Zangief uses a mix between the fur of a bear and a santa outfit complete with a long white beard. Using a secret code removes the bear hood and changes his face back to his regular one.

  • Halloween: Vega turns into a vampire count quite similar to Alucard from Castlevania. Using a secret code it removes his mask and cape.
  • Professional: Vega wears a purple outfit based on a Matador. Using a secret code it removes his mask and the top of the suit.
  • Nostalgia: Vega's appearence resembles his young look from Street Fighter II, it even obscures the part of the eyes of his mask to look more like its sprite. Using a secret code it removes his mask.
  • Swimsuit: Vega wears a quite skimpy attire with just a speedo and a summer jacket. Using a secret code it removes his mask.

M. Bison[]

  • Default: M. Bison's design is an evolution of his classic design and his Alpha look, with darker colors and an elegant cape, but Bison himself looks rather pale, making it notorious that he is in an inminent decay.
  • Story: Bison's suit is torned while his skin is pinkish and lost his hat.
  • Battle Outfit: Bison wears a design based on the Four King's uniforms that Vega, Balrog and FANG wears. A black uniform with gold details and a beard.
  • Halloween: Bison turns into a devil king. Using a secret code it removes his cloak.
  • Nostalgia: Bison's appearence resembles his young look from Street Fighter II with a brighter shade of red.
  • CPT 2018: Bison wears a regal suit fit for a king.
  • Ghosts 'n Goblins - Astaroth: Bison turns into the villain of the Ghosts 'n Goblins. Using a secret code it removes his wings and changes his boots.
  • Professional: Bison wears an arctic expedition uniform.

  • Secret Fights: Bison gets a comic supervillain like attire with a dark suit, black cape, long white hair and gold mask, certain elements are based on Bison's design in Street Fighter: The Movie. Using a secret code removes the mask.
  • Rival Schools - Hyo Imawano: M. Bison gets the outfit of Hyo Imawano, the true final boss from Rival Schools. Using a secret code it uses his Demon Hyo design.
  • Track Suit: Bison wears a dark red track suit. His tracksuit is a bit torned.

Birdie[]

  • Default: Birdie sports a similar look to his classic one but with some added numbers in his waistline.
  • Story: Birdie wears a knock-off Shadaloo uniform.
  • Battle Outfit: Birdie uses a heavy metal inspired suit with facial paint resembling KISS.
  • Nostalgia: Birdie's appearence resembles his young look from the Street Fighter Alpha series complete with a more toned fit. Using a secret code it makes him go fat again but mantaining the suit.
  • Fantasy: Birdie turns into a were-boar like creature.
  • Secret Fights: Birdie puts into a tokusatsu henchmen inspired outfit, thought is a bit too small for him. Using a secret code removes the mask.
  • Track Suit: Birdie wears a mustard yellow tracksuit, he can't close it so he wears it open.

Charlie Nash[]

  • Default: Charlie comes back to life as an undead frankenstein-like soldier.
  • Story: Charlie's original appearence in the Street Fighter Alpha series, as he looks during flashbacks.
  • Battle Outfit: Charlie uses a mechanical spy uniform.
  • Halloween: Charlie puts a hockey mask and the suit of a slasher villain. Using a secret code removes the mask.
  • Captain Commando - Captain Commando: Nash gets the uniform of Captain Commando from the game of the same name. Using a secret code it gives him back his scars and his own hairstyle.

  • Default: Alex sports a design similar to his original one, but he is using overalls and a bit shorter hair.

  • Battle Outfit: Alex wears a squared T-Shirt, ripped jeans and a more loosy hair.
  • Halloween: Alex turns into a hellish demon. Using a secret code it removes the wings on his back.

  • Nostalgia: Alex's appearence resembles his older look from Street Fighter III.

  • Red Earth - Leo: Alex changes to the appearence of Leo from Red Earth. Using a secret code removes the lion head changing it to his normal appearence.

Ed[]

  • Default: Ed is the grown child that Balrog took under his wing at the end of Street Fighter IV. His build is quite lean but he has a good chunk of muscle, he wears a custom boxing suit, a black sleeveless shirt and some headphones.
  • Story: Ed wears a Shadaloo officer uniform and slicks his hair, thought he ripped the sleeves. He still wears the headphones.
  • Battle Outfit: Ed uses a simple sleeveless white jacket, black pants and red tenis.
  • School Uniform: Ed puts in a nice frat-like school uniform. Using a secret code it adds the headphones.
  • Professional: Ed wears a prix staff suit. Using a secret code it adds the headphones and lowers the jumpsuit.

  • Professional: Rashid gets a soccer uniform. Using a secret code it gives him his ghutrah back and removes his jacket.
  • Viewtiful Joe: Rashid changes his costume to the suit of the hero Viewtiful Joe from the homonym game, it notoriously uses a full mask unlike the original that doesn't cover the mouth. When using a secret code it removes both the mouth mask and visor.
  • Mega Man - Air Man: Rashid turns into Air Man, one of the robot masters from the Mega Man classic series. Using a secret code it removes the arm cannon. Performing a Whirlwind Shot is accompanied of a custom sound effect based on the ones of the NES games.

  • School Uniform: Laura grabs a gyaru-style school uniform.

  • Halloween: F.A.N.G gets a mad scientist suit with his hands being replaced by scissor-like ones. Using a secret code removes the apron.
  • Big Fight in Little Street: F.A.N.G wears a wuxia villain inspired outfit with white beard and an emperor hat as well to a regal hanfu. Using a secret code replaces the emperor hat to a conical hat.
  • Power Stone - Jack: F.A.N.G changes his clothes for those of Jack from Power Stone. Using a secret code changes the costume to Jack's Power Change transformation thought adapted to F.A.N.G's proportions.

  • Default: An ancient warrior who consumes the power of anger that the battle brings to him. He has a very tribal like appearence with his hair turning glowy red, his scars burns and his eyes turns black with red pupils when activating his V-Triggers.
  • Story: Necalli shows himself with his initial appearence where he is still covered in some sort of jade armor with his skin being covered in stone.
  • Battle Outfit: Necalli puts an Aztec warrior armor with an eagle helmet.
  • Halloween: Necalli gets a werewolf design. When activating his V-Trigger the wolf traits are more prominent.
  • Darkstalkers - Bishamon: Necalli uses a costume based on Bishamon from Darkstalkers. Using a secret code removes the helmet and returns Necalli his normal hairstyle.
  • Fantasy: Necalli turns into a gargoyle. When activating his V-Trigger the stone skin cracks and gets a more demonic look. Using a secret code gives him back his hair.

  • Nostalgia: Kolin gets her secretary uniform from Street Fighter III back then when she was just a NPC. Using a secret code adds glasses.
  • Halloween: Kolin uses a costume based on a Yuki-Onna, including a skintone paler than usual and frostied hair. Using a secret code removes these features making her human again and only mantains the outfit.

  • School Uniform: Juri wears a punk school uniform with painted hair and stripped leggings. Using a secret code changes the costume a bit to be more "presentable".
  • Nostalgia: Juri's appearence goes back to her design in Street Fighter IV. Using a secret code unties her hair.

  • Street Fighter EX Fighting Layer - Shirase: Juri takes the suit of Shirase from Fighting EX Layer. Using a secret code it makes her look like Bloody Hokuto, the original version of the character back in Street Fighter EX, thought with her personal hairstyle.
  • Rival Schools - Zaki: Juri now uses the clothes of Zaki, Akira's partner in Rival School's sequel Project Justice. Using a secret code makes her change back to her own hairstyle.
  • True Boss: A winner design from a contest, Juri wears a costume based on M. Bison's design but with her own fashion. Use a secret code to remove the hat and instead show Juri's classic ponytails
  • Track Suit: Juri wears a magenta track suit. She doesn't close it completely leaving a long v-neck, she is also wearing a white crop top underneat.

Akuma[]

  • Default: Akuma is here, looking even more like a beast with a long fiery beard that looks like a lion mane alongside his equally long hair.
  • Story: Akuma is shirtless this time with crackles around his body that dispels Satsui no Hado energy.
  • Battle Outfit: Akuma gets a warrior costume that takes clues from his Alternate Costumes 1 and 2 from Street Fighter IV.
  • Nostalgia: Akuma's appearence change to his look from Street Fighter II. Using a secret code it changes his hair to look more like design from Street Fighter III and removes the upper half of his gi. When performing the Shun Goku Satsu Critical Art the kanji is the original one.
  • Halloween: Akuma turns into a tengu, getting a larger nose and reddish skin. Using a secret code goes back to human only mantaining the clothes.
  • CPT 2018: Akuma wears a japanese festival hakama. Using a secret ocode removes the kimono.
  • CyberBots - Zero Gouki: Akuma transforms into the mech based on his likeness from CyberBots Fullmetal Madness, when perfoming his Shun Goku Satsu Critical Art the kanji effect comes from the thrusters behind him.

  • Mike-Like: Balrog uses the outfit of Mike, the character from the original Street Fighter who isn't actually related to him.

  • Professional: Falke turns into a stewardess.
  • Halloween: Falke transforms into a grim reaper with her staff becoming into a scythe. Using a secret code removes the hood.
  • Holiday: Falke gets a christmas dress with her staff now turning into a candy cane.
  • Breath of Fire - Katt: Falke turns into Katt, a character from Breath of Fire II, completely with a feline appearence. Using a secret code changes her back to normal only mantaining the outfit.

  • Professional: Rose becomes into an actress in disguise, with a longcoat, sunglasses and a kerchief covering her head. Using a secret code removes the last two.
  • Red Earth - Tessa: Rose changes her clothes to those of Tessa from Red Earth. Using a secret code removes the winged cape.
  • Time Travel: Rose turns into a victorian aristocrat with a masquerade and an unusual hairstyle. Using a secret code removes these two elements to make her look more like her regular self.

  • Default: The master of Guy now in a journey of self discovering after succeding the school to his pupil. He wears blue ninja clothes, a green jacket and an orange scarf, this is different in her young form where his design resembles that of Hiryu from Strider.
  • Story: Zeku is wearing a customized professional uniform since he is looking for a job. His young form has a more sharp suit.
  • Battle: Zeku wears an even more close Strider inspired attire with a conic hat. Using his younger form gets a cleaner suit and puts the hat on his back.
  • Nostalgia: Zeku's design as a NPC in Guy's Street Fighter Alpha ending, when transforming into his younger look his outfit resembles that of his student Guy. Using a secret code removes the mask.
  • Professional: Zeku becomes a kabuki actor with skin paint and a shimenawa. When transforming into his young form he changes his hairstyle and his clothes. Using a secret code lowers the top and removes the shimenawa.
  • Power Stone - Ryoma: Zeku is suited with the robes of Ryoma from Power Stone, unlike other Power Stone costumes, Zeku actually changes to Ryoma's Power Change design by free since that design is the one used for his young form.
  • Red Earth - Kenji: Zeku gets a costume based on Kenji from Red Earth. His young appearence is Kenji's civilian ronin suit.

  • Default: Cody has reformed and has turned into mayor of Metro City so he is wearing a thight suit fit for his profession.
  • Story: Cody wears a white gala tuxedo with an elegant hairstyle.
  • Battle Outfit: Cody uses a costume based on the one of Mike Haggar, the previous mayor of Metro City.
  • Professional: Cody gets a police uniform, but it actually has below it his prison suit. Using a secret code removes the police gear turning into a exact recreation of his classic appearence in the Street Fighter Alpha series.
  • Nostalgia: Cody's appearence resembles his look from the first Final Fight. Using a secret code rips his shirt.
  • Swimsuit: Cody uses a surfist suit even with a tan. Using a secret code changes his hairstyle back to normal.
  • Holiday: Cody wears a very good Santa costume with a fake beard and all. Using a secret code removes the hat and beard.
  • Devil May Cry - Vergil: Cody changes his outfit to that of Vergil from Devil May Cry, specifically based on its fifth installment with Yamato on his back. Using a secret code removes the jacket and the Yamato.

Rita[]

  • Default: An irish delinquent otaku girl that fights with a very unorthodox style based on the anime and manga she views; wears a bosozoku suit with some japangrish kanji on it.
  • Story: Rita wears a cosplay that looks like a mix between Goku and Naruto.
  • Battle Outfit: Rita uses a costume inspired by Sodom, who is one of her friends.
  • School Uniform: Rita wears a sukeban uniform, with a heavy emphasis on Sukeban Deka as an inspiration in particular. Using a secret code removes the makeup she used to fake her scars.
  • Swimsuit: Rita gets a quite modest two pieces swimsuit. Using a secret code unties her hair.
  • Professional: Rita uses an oktoberfest waitress uniform. Using a secret code removes the apron and changes her hair to her normal look.
  • Darkstalkers - Anita: Rita gets a costume based on Anita from Darkstalkers. Using a secret code changes her appearence to that of Donovan's ending when she grown up and wears a hat.

  • CyberBots - Shade: Sagat wears the appearence of Shade from CyberBots Fullmetal Madness. Using a secret code gives Sagat his normal face.
  • Professional: Sagat is now a farmer wearing overalls, a straw hat and a squared shirt. Using a secret code removes the hat and overalls.
  • Resident Evil - Tyrant: Sagat turns into the Tyrant from Resident Evil 2. Using a secret code gives him his disguise with coat and hat.

  • CPT 2019: Sakura wears a festive kimono with some Mega Man trinkets. Use a secret code to change the Mega Man trinkets for a variety of retro Capcom references.
  • Mega Man - Roll Caskett: Sakura is now wearing the clothes of Roll Caskett from Mega Man Legends. Use a secret code to remove the hat and go back to her normal hairstyle.
  • Secret Fights: Sakura becomes a fighting magical girl thought stylished to her own style being a bit more "punch": Use a secret code to remove certain details like the extra frills.
  • Devil May Cry - Lady: Sakura gets the costume of Lady from Devil May Cry, specifically her look in the fifth entry of the game. Using a secret code changes the costume to resemble Lady's look in Devil May Cry 3 instead.
  • Rival Schools - Hinata Wakaba: Sakura changes her uniform for the one of her friend Hinata Wakaba from Rival Schools. Using a secret code changes her hairstyle to Sakura's original one.
  • World Warrior: A winner design from a contest. Sakura uses her headband to tie a small ponytail, gets a sporty fit with a fashionable pink kimono above and a travelling bag ready to explore the world. Use a secret code to lower the top half of her fit revealing a red sport bra.

  • Default: The self proclaimed president of the earth sporting a look that mixes Abraham Lincoln and Uncle Sam with a sculptural build.
  • Story: A mysterious outfit with a mask, fedora and longcoat that resembles certain someone.
  • Battle Outfit: G gets an outfit for hunt, with a green suit, bean hat and even a hunting shotgun on his back.
  • CyberBots - Gawine Murdock: G uses the armor of the knight Gawaine Murdock from CyberBots: Full Metal Madness, with a white beard and shining armor plate. Using a secret code removes the helmet, the cape and part of the armor making his fit more light.
  • Holiday: A suit fit for the santa of the earth with a joyful red suit and long white beard. Using a secret code removes the coat with him being mostly shirtless aside of the pair of suspenders.
  • Professional: G becomes a chef changing his top hat for a toque blanche and cuts his beard in a more fashionable manner.
  • Fantasy: G turns into a wise magician like Merlin with a mystic beard, glasses, a wizard hat and arcanic robes. Using a secret code removes parts of the robe.
  • Street Fighter EX Fighting Layer - Skullomania: G changes his outfit to the one of Skullomania from the Street Fighter EX series, thought his design is based on his redesign in Fighting EX Layer and mantaining his characteristic top hat. Using a secret code changes the suit to one more similar to his SFEX appearence as well to remove the hat.
  • Track Suit: G wears a gold sleeveless tracksuit.
  • CPT 2021: G gets into hippie fashion with a different hairstyle, changing his beard for a moustache and a groovy outfit. Use a secret code to change to his regular hairstyle and iconic beard as well to give him his top hat back thought still stylized with the hippie aesthetic.

Kage[]

  • Default: The Satsui no Hado purged by Ryu in physical shape, it looks like an even more demonic version of the classic Evil Ryu with a ripped gi and a burning scar of Satsui no Hado across his body as well to using the usual bandana as a scarf.
  • Story: Kage sports longer hair, a different gi, a shimenawa for belt and a more reddish skintone, looking even less human than usual.
  • Battle Outfit: Kage gets the suit of Evil Ryu in Super Street Fighter IV with small differences like darker gloves.
  • Halloween: Kage turns into a true yokai from makai with a blue skintone, longer horns, a spikier hairstyle, bigger teeths and robes made of animal fur to hide his lower half. Using a secret code changes to a single horn in the forehead and wears a fundoshi.
  • Asura's Wrath - Asura: Kage gets the appearence of the mythical Asura from the game Asura's Wrath, even changing his usually dark eyes with red pupils to fully white glowing eyes, activating any of Kage's V-Triggers make the lines of his body glow like Asura's Trikāya mode. Using a secret code adds two additional pair of decorative arms based on Asura's Six-Armed Vajra mode.
  • Nostalgia: Kage changes his appearence to the one of Ryu when he was possesed by the Satsui no Hado in Street Fighter Alpha, it's a complete appearence change even changing his face to look exactly like Ryu's Street Fighter Alpha look. Using a secret code looses his gi and turns a bit more ragged like in some promotional arts.
  • Track Suit: Kage wears a ragged dark purple tracksuit, he doesn't close it.

Necro[]

  • Default: Necro's design is an updated version of his classic appearence in Street Fighter III.
  • Story: Necro wears a prisoner outfit as he is being used by Urien to gain information.
  • Battle Outfit: Necro uses a biker outfit and suddenly gains hair that he stylizes in a mohawk.
  • Halloween: Necro gets the appearence of a merman that loosely resembles Rikuo from the Darkstalkers series.
  • Track Suit: Necro wears track pants but doesn't use the jacket.

Poison[]

  • Default: Poison uses a slightly different outfit to the one she used in Ultra Street Fighter IV.
  • Story: Poison gets a fashionable white dress and glasses.
  • Battle Outfit: Poison wears a mobster-like stripped dress.
  • Nostalgia: Poison uses her classic suit from the original Final Fight. Using a secret code changes to her modern hairstyle.
  • Swimsuit: Poison wears a rather fashionable bikini with multiple strips. Using a secret code adds a skimpy police uniform above.
  • Halloween: Poison becomes some sort of goth zombie. Using a secret code removes the jacket.
  • Track Suit: Poison wears a white tracksuit, she doesn't close it fully showing a black sport bra underneat.

Oro[]

  • Default: Oro design barely changes from his appearence in Street Fighter III, however instead of hiding his arm under his robes, he handles his turtle pet on one of his hands.
  • Story: Oro turns ready for some vacations wearing a classic retirement suit with a hawaiian shirt and shorts, his turtle pet even gets a small hat.
  • Battle Outfit: Oro wears an unique gi for training with sandals.
  • Fantasy: Oro becomes into a classic hermit from a fantasy adventure wearing long and ragged fur robes and his pet turtle becoming into a jeweled creature that resembles a carbuncle. Using a secret code removes the hood.
  • Track Suit: Oro uses a sleeveless maroon tracksuit.

Gill[]

  • Default: Gill looks exactly the same as he was in Street Fighter III but modernized to the 3d enviroment.
  • Story: Gill wears a white tunic, sandals and a laurel wreath.
  • Battle Outfit: Like his brother, Gill uses the uniform of a gladiator, however he uses a regal gold armor instead of mere chainmail.
  • Darkstalkers - Pyron: Gill's appearence changes to resemble the alien invader Pyron from the Darkstalkers series. Using a secret code removes the distracting visual effects of heat alongside the horns and gives him his hair back.
  • Secret Fights: Gill becomes a tokusatsu style showa era cyborg villain, thought it also resembles the iconic bicolor hero Kikaider. Using a secret code changes his face model back to his normal one making him look more like if he was doing cosplay instead.
  • Track Suit: Gill wears a blue and red tracksuit with the respective color being the opposite of his side with a darker tone than his skin. He wears the jacket with the sleeves rolled and the chest half exposed.
  • CPT 2021: Gill gets an hispanic medieval era looking outfit including a goatee and mustache. Using a secret code gets rid of the last two as well of the hat, thought it mantains the different hairstyle.

Seth[]

  • Default: Seth gets a very wild change of appearence getting a female body. When selecting them you can choice between a female and a male voice.
  • Story: Seth uses a long ragged cape that covers half of their face and what it seems to be the lower half of a shadaloo general uniform but stained and ripped.
  • Battle Outfit: Seth uses what it seems to be their own version of Juri's regular costume but adapted to their style.
  • Nostalgia: Seth's original male body from Street Fighter IV. Using a secret code gives hims cracks on their body that exposes glowing blue energy like one of their alternative costumes in Street Fighter IV
  • Swimsuit: Seth gets a pixie cut, a jacket and a two piece swimsuit. Using a secret code swaps to their male body getting a pair of trunks and the same jacket but slightly bigger instead.
  • Professional: Seth uses a businessman/woman uniform with the hair short and slicked.
  • Halloween: Seth becomes into a robotic zombie. Using a secret code changes to their male appearence but mantained the same aesthetic.
  • Street Fighter EX Layer - Cycloid: Seth's appearence changes to a blue human looking figure being Cycloid, the mysterious weapon from the Street Fighter EX characters that like Seth it was able to mimick the moves of the opponent, it specifically resembles Cycloid Beta's design in the Shadaloo C.R.I. website. Using a secret code changes to an orange wireframe becoming Cycloid Gamma, the design mixes the reworked appearence from Shadaloo C.R.I. but rather that being completely made of wireframe it also has a black interior like how it was sometimes despicted in classic SFEX's artworks to avoid visibility problems.
  • Track Suit: Seth wears the tracksuit pants and a white sport bra, not using the jacket. Using a secret code changes to male Seth who also doesn't use the upper half of the tracksuit.
  • CPT 2022: Seth wears an elegant azure and gold european uniform. Using a secret code changes their hairstyle.

Dan Hibiki[]

  • Default: Dan gets a slightly redesigned uniform based on the changes already made in Street Fighter IV.
  • Story: Dan is wearing a motley of his unsuccesful version of Blanka-chan based on himself.
  • Battle Outfit: Dan uses a fusion of the designs with he was despicted time before in the Shadaloo C.R.I. webpage including the facial hair. As one of the few Battle Outfits that are compatible with a secret code, using it changes his appearence removing the shirt and giving him a strangely familiar tengu mask.
  • Nostalgia: Dan changes his appearence to his classic look in Street Fighter Alpha.
  • Track Suit: Dan wears a pink sleeveless tracksuit, he doesn't close it.

Maki Genryusai[]

  • Default: Maki uses a slightly redesigned version of the appearence she sported in Capcom vs. SNK 2 and Street Fighter Alpha.
  • Story: Maki wears a rather casual outfit for her everydays.
  • Battle Outfit: Maki uses a female variant of the uniform of Ginzu the Ninja from the Captain Commando series.
  • Nostalgia: Maki's classic appearence from Final Fight 2.
  • Swimsuit: Maki wears a ninja style bikini with a fishnet full suit. Using a secret code removes said fishnet.
  • Track Suit: Maki wears a sleveless red tracksuit, she wears it half open showing a yellow sport bra underneat.

Makoto[]

  • Default: Makoto is practicaly the same as she was in Street Fighter III and Street Fighter IV just with the changes required to adapt to SFV's artstyle.
  • Story: Makoto removes the upper half of her gi revealing her red sport bra and covers her hands and feets in protective bandages.
  • Battle Outfit: Makoto uses a uniform based on one of her concept art designs.
  • School Uniform: Makoto gets her school uniform, exactly the same design it was used before in Street Fighter IV with small changes.
  • Swimsuit: Makoto wears a modest floral two pieces swimsuit with a floaty and mantaining her scarf. Using a secret code gets rid of the floaty.
  • Track Suit: Makoto wears a beige tracksuit.
  • CPT 2022: Makoto wears a festive outfit. Usinga secret code removes her headband and returns her hair to her regular one.

Oni[]

  • Default: Oni looks very similar as he was in Street Fighter IV except his face is more demonic with longer hair (but not a beard like regular Akuma) and has more notorious horns.
  • Story: Oni uses a suit based on the one of Gouken, while his skin becomes stone with cracks that leaks Satsui no Hado.
  • Battle Outfit: Oni gets a reimagination of his third alt costume in Street Fighter IV combined with his fifth one.
  • Track Suit: Oni wears a black track suit, its torned and unclosed.

Akira Kazama[]

  • Default: Akira comes from the game Rival Schools, her design resembles her look from the second game Project Justice but slightly updated.
  • Story: Akira wears her normal school uniform that she uses in the slice of life visual novel of the japanese version of Rival Schools.
  • Battle Outfit: Akira's original motorbike suit from the first Rival Schools, later appearing in the second game as "Powered Akira". Akira is one of the few characters who has an alteration to one of her three first costumes and the only one who has two. Inputting a special different code than the usual makes Akira pulls up her helmet visor showing her eyes, meanwhile using the classic secret code makes her remove her helmet completely.
  • Nostalgia: Akira wears her maid uniform that she used in the previously mentioned japanese exclusive visual novel mode of the first Rival Schools.
  • Swimsuit: Akira uses the same swimsuit she used in the already mentioned visual novel mode. Using a secret code removes the jacket.
  • Track Suit: Akira wears a dark gren darksuit, she actually doesn't wear the jacket at all and instead only uses a white sport shirt.
  • CPT 2021: Akira gets a kung fu red uniform with a golden fenghuang on it.

Violent Ken[]

  • Default: Ken under the corruption of the Psycho Power. His appearence is the same previously showed in the Shadaloo C.R.I. website.
  • Story: Ken uses the hood he weared in the Ultra Street Fighter II OVA.
  • Battle Outfit: Ken wears his classic suit like how he appeared in the Ultra Street Fighter II game thought adding metal wristbands similar to those of Bison.
  • Track Suit: Ken gets a dark red torned tracksuit that he doesn't close it.

Luke Sullivan[]

  • Default: Luke is a mysterious young guy who is supposed to be more important in the future. He wears a MMA yellow uniform.
  • Story: Luke wears a blue military jacket, using it open.
  • Battle Outfit: Luke uses a basketball uniform.
  • Rival Schools - Shoma Samawura: Luke gets the outfit of Shoma Samawura from Rival Schools. Using a secret code removes the cap and changes to his original hairstyle.
  • Track Suit: Luke gets a yellow tracksuit that he doesn't close it.
