Super Smash Bros. Finale is an upcoming Super Smash Bros. game releasing for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and PC. It is the final game in the Super Smash Bros series and will be Sakurai's final project before retirement. It features 270 playable fighters across the history of Video Gaming. 115 Nintendo characters, 115 third party characters, and 5 Mii fighter classes in the initial release, with some more added. It also features stages that are exclusive to certain versions of the game and has an all new story mode which is currently untitled. Soon after release Nintendo added three Scrapped Fighter's Passes, which added characters who were considered for base roster but never made the cut for certain reasons such as time and moveset problems. Later after the game release, Nintendo decided to release an expansion pack to the game subtitled Golden Royale Edition, in which adds more content to the fray. The game tooks elements from different fan contents from the Smash series and other kinds of fighting games, for example: Stage Alts. (Project M), Colour Palette Customization (Some Fanon Games), Mechanics like Air Grabs or Special Shields, and a long etcetera. The game's ending credits/staff roll theme would be Chou Densetsu ~ We Are Smash Brothers by Legendary Japan All-Stars in which is an updated version of Jounetsu ~ We Are Brothers from Toei's first Super Hero Taisen film. It features a new Item called the Aku Aku Crate where fighters were diffrent Masks.
